How this page works
Component health comes from uptime checks that probe our public endpoints from Google Cloud's global monitoring locations. Each bar is one 24-hour window; grey bars are windows with no monitoring data, not windows we know were healthy. Components marked "Not monitored" have no automated probe, and we say so rather than showing them green.
This page is hosted separately from the API and the video CDN, so it stays up during an outage of either. It does share hosting with the dashboard. If our monitoring backend itself is unreachable, the page says so instead of reporting everything as healthy.
